Rob Other Players

This is a quick tutorial on robbing other mobsters. Don’t forget to check out my special offer if you want my mafia notes.  How to Rob:

*Click the fight tab

*Click the robbing tab

*Find someone on the list with robbable properties whose defenses you think you can overcome.

*You only rob with mafia members equal to your level and each one can use one weapon, one armor, and one vehicle. (this means if you are level 36 you will bring only 36 mafia members into a robbery)

*The first 5 times you rob someone it takes a percentage of their property health and one protection shield, continued hits take a percentage of their properties health. Properties are disabled at 30% health.

*Robbing uses your stamina points and you will take damage as in fights.

*Items are not looted in robberies. A little general advice as given by our posters:

1. Stop repairing and protecting your properties for a while; leave them at 30%. The people who are continually robbing you will get bored and go away.

2. Buy only properties that cannot be robbed. These are Mafia Mikes, Empty lots, and Rental Houses. After you’re stronger will be time to buy casinos.

3. Beef up your mafia; make it bigger.

4. Make sure you have 1 each of the highest Att/Def weapon/armor/vehicle for each member of your mafia.

5. And *then* after you’ve started working on all that, then it will be time to start thinking about adding Def points. But adding Def points alone won’t work, unless you’ve got an unlimited pocketbook and you feel like buying 1000s of GF points just for Def.

6. If you hitlist someone as retaliation for robbing you it’s a certainty they will rob you again. Never hitlist someone you cant beat.

7. You have to be Level 15 in order to repair and protect your properties. When you get to Level 15, it will give you a yellow box just above the Mafia Mikes in your property list that will say, “Repair all properties for X dollars”, and after you click on that, another one will appear that will say, “Protect all properties for X dollars”.

Protection doesn’t do much. At early levels, when your mafia is still weak, you do better to focus on buying properties that cannot be robbed–those are Mafia Mikes, empty lots, and Rental Houses. These do not appear in the Robbing list, so you’re invisible, under the radar of the Robbing fanatics.

Mafia Wars Cheat

9-19-2009 10-52-49 AMPrivet and welcome to Moskva! From this old and storied city, two rival groups – the Vory v Zakone and the Russian Mafiya – pull the strings of illegal enterprise across the globe.

However, your arrival in the city has upset the balance of power. Will you side with the Vory, the princes of thieves and the Old Guard of the Russian underworld? Or maybe you’d prefer the company of the brutally ruthless and efficient Mafiya? The decisions you make will have consequences, so choose carefully. Udachi!

As soon as you arrive in Moscow, you’re forced to choose sides. Will you help the the Vory v Zakone, a group of old-school Russian mobsters, or the Mafiya, former KGB and military officers who have learned that organized crime pays far more rubles than a government job? The loot items for the missions will be different depending on which faction you go with, so choose wisely.

Also unlike the other Mafia Wars scenarios, missions will be broken down into chapters, and you will not be able to see the next set of missions until you complete a chapter and defeat the boss at the end. Players will also have to rely on friends more than before to defeat these high-powered crime lords.

As for achievements, Moscow will have six new achievements, five new businesses, six new collections and 50-plus Russian-themed weapons, armor and vehicles. Some of those specialty items will include an AK-47 type gun, specialty night-vision goggles, and of course, classic Russian nesting dolls.

Mafia Wars Moscow Rival Groups

Evidently, there are two rival groups which control the balance of enterprise in Russia. Once a new player enters the game, it upsets the balance of power. This is the reason that players will need to make a choice with whom to ally. The two choices are the Vory v Zakone which are thiefs and Old Guard of the Underworld or the ruthless Russian Mafiya. There will be certain consequences depending on which choice a player makes.

Mafia Wars Moscow is available to players at level 70 or higher. If you need help leveling so you can get to moscow then go grab my Mafia Wars Notes.  According to Zynga, the challenges will be greater than both Cuba and New York; however, the rewards will be greater as well. As always, growing a family is a great way to handle challenges in the current cities.

Mafia Wars Cheat

As far as Mafia Wars Moscow is concerned, when players are able to enter the game, they will need to choose a side with which to ally. According to one of the Mafia War game groups, the Society of Deadly Assassins, this may be a mistake for those who belong to groups. If players rush into choosing a side, they could end up fighting against their own group. It’s best for players to take their time before making a choice as the decision they make may be irrevocable.

Mafia Wars Moscow

mafia wars moscow preview

Recently opened a new level named Mafia Wars: Cuba and I am playing that game on Facebook for fun.. In Cuba, Cuban Pesos are limited. You gotta save the Cuban Pesos and you can get my mafia wars notes if you need more help . So, here is some tips for Mafia wars Cuba:

1. The fastest way to earn pesos in Cuba is to fight other mafia..So fight and buy some business on Mafia wars Cuba.

2. When you are injured in a fight, don’t go to hospital on Mafia wars Cuba. To save Pesos fly back to NY and heal your player.

3. Earn My Little Friend Achievement easily.. like gifting an M16A1 to a friend. Tell your friend to send it back.. Doing this he or she can earn the My Little Friend achievement.

Since the focus of advancement is on cash, you will want to outfit your businesses as quickly as possible and boost their output and quality.

A potential area that may be missed is that instead of a per-hour upkeep cost as items had in the NY Mafia Wars, items here have a percentage grift cost. What this means is that having excess weapons, armor or vehicles will greatly hinder your progress. My advice for this is to tackle one job tier at a time and get rid of the items that you will not need in subsequent tiers as quickly as possible. For instance, the machete and hatchet are not needed past the Soldado tier, so get rid of them when you master that tier and you will get an extra 0.5% cash for each job per item you dump.

So build your mafia in Cuba before.. others..

Mafia Wars Tips

You should spend your money on property its money you can rely on getting every hour.

Yes although property is good and very reliable doesn’t mean you shoudn’t buy things from the inventory. No i don’t mean to buy a weapon or car you think is cool, but buy things that allow you to do high payout jobs. This is what I do and make billions. :)

You also should make sure that once you are able to rob, you need to purchase enough armor equal to your level, and you need just as many mafia. Otherwise you will be robbed constantly and lose your income. It is expensive to fix and protect your property.

Here some settings that I have changed:
1. I have Cuba auto bank at $5000 instead of 50000 – I was losing $ from fights and didn’t like that.
2. Since I check on it often I like to have the tool auto-pause after level up so that I can manually spend the Energy depending on whether I need particular loot or am working on finishing a particular tier.
3. I have the tool set to not auto-purchase Properties but I have set it to auto-fix and auto-protect. The money just needs to be in the bank and it will withdraw what is needed.
4. When I know I won’t be able to check on the auto-process for a long length of time I set the tool to auto-run a job with high energy to exp. ratio. And, also one that doesn’t expend a special loot item like Concealable Camera, Untraceable Cell-phone, etc. The reason is that if I run out of that item it won’t continue to run the job thereby defeating the purpose of the tool.
5. A good tip is to adjust the Stamina settings so that you aren’t fighting huge mafias, especially if you aren’t maxed out in your own. Set the maximum Mafia setting to a number well below your own to ensure you are winning fights.
6. Disable “All” notifications and Gift wall posts. These are not necessary.

Mafia Wars Cuba

Mafia Wars Tips

Achievements List
International – Earned by collecting over 1,000,000 Cuban Pesos
Strategy: Not actually too bad. Once you work through Mafia Wars: Cuba, start buying businesses. Fully upgraded businesses will be able to knock this achievement out in 4 days.
Big Business – Earned by fully upgrading a single Cuban business.
Strategy: Will happen en route to International. Don’t worry too much about this or the Tycoon achievement, just buy some businesses and they will pay to upgrade themselves soon enough.
Tycoon – Earned by fully upgrading all Cuban Businesses
Working Man – Earned by doing 20 jobs in one day
Strategy: Easy. They do not have to be different jobs – if you have 20 energy you can just do one energy jobs in the Street Thug tier and earn it easily. Or, you can just work on leveling up and you should get it!
Dependable – Earned by doing a job every day for seven days
Strategy: Do a job once every seven days.
Big Spender – Earned by purchasing an item or service with Reward Points
Strategy: Level up 28 times and buy +4 stat points, or spend your money on some.
Treasure Hunter – Earned by finding a rare item in a mystery crate
Strategy – Buy mystery crates. Sucks because the rares in the mystery crate are pretty poor quality, maybe they will upgrade them at some point
Slum Lord – Earned by owning 30 apartment complexes
Strategy – Buy 30 apartment complexes
Cashing out – Earned by selling 50 Mega Casinoes
Strategy – Buy and sell 50 Mega Casinoes. If you don’t have any Mega Casinoes, you can buy and sell them 1 (or 10) at a time to save money.
Getting the Crew Together – Earned by promoting friends to each Top Mafia position
Strategy – Find some friends, promote them to top Mafia.
Crime C.E.O. – Earned by assembling a Top Mafia with all players above level 100
Strategy – Not too bad, by the time you have 50 or so Mafia members, you should be able to find enough to put in your Top Mafia.
Knife Thrower – Earned by looting 10 Butterfly Knives.
Strategy – You should earn this achievement just in the process of leveling up.
Uncle Sam – Earned by owning 50 federal agents.
Strategy – You get federal agents from the “Buy off a Federal Agent” job in the boss tier. They do not have a good drop rate, and the job requires blackmail photos, so I would recommend being a Master Boss before going for this achievement. It might take a few days worth of energy packs to collect enough blackmail photos to get this one.
What’s after Trillion? – Earned by depositing 999 Trillion Dollars
Strategy – I’ll be surprised if anyone ever gets this legitimately within the year. It took a few weeks for people to hit the 10 trillion mark, so getting 100 times that is going to take quite some time. I think this was just put in the game to give people who have done everything something to do.
Bulletproof – Earned by surviving for over 60 minutes on the Hit List.
Strategy – Surviving on the Hit List takes alot – you need to be able to win a lot of fights on defense (see guide), but you also need to have a lot of health so that you do not get knocked. On the hit list, you can be knocked out even if you win every fight. You can heal every 35 seconds so you need plenty of health at this stage, otherwise you will not last very long on the hitlist. The trick with the hitlist is to have a smaller bounty otherwise everyone will want to get the bigger bounty plus the larger bounties encourage stronger players. If you use the “fight” tab as a refresh button instead of “home” until your energy reaches 100 then quickly move to “health” and restore in good time.
That’s Amore – Earned by gifting a Diamond Ring to any player under level 8
Strategy – Get a friend to play, gift them a ring before they get past level 8. In other news, the Diamond Ring crops up on everyone’s wishlist!
The Best Offense – Earned by defeating 6 attackers in a row
Strategy – The best way to get attacked 6 times in a row is to get someone to list you on the hitlist after you get an outfitted Mafia of 501. It can be done earlier, but requires a bit of luck. Alternatively, you could have a weaker friend attack you until you get it.

mafia wars levelsYour First Few Mafia Wars Levels

Leveling up your character gets you access to bigger and better items, loot, and collections as well as providing more skill points to make you more efficient and deadly. And… don’t forget to check out my special offer to steal my mafia wars notes. Leveling can be as complicated or as simple as your time and playing style allows. Every job you complete and fight you win provides XP. Every time you level up, your health, energy, and stamina are reset to their current maximums and 5 more skill points are awarded.

Since your energy and stamina completely refill when you level, it is ideal to have almost none left when you top off the XP bar. On the same note, any extra XP left over when you level gets applied towards the next level, so finishing with a big job for heavy XP will give you the most spill over. Fights yield from 1-3 XP randomly with a chance for it to be doubled based on the size of your mafia. This is all detailed in Fightin’ and Robbin’. Most of your XP for any given level will come from doing jobs.

Each time you do a job, you will be awarded a payout in cash, XP as listed on the job, a bonus payout for the size of your mafia, a percentage of the job mastery, and a chance at a loot and collection item (depending on the job). The cash payout is fairly self explanatory. For a detailed treatise on the XP per job and the effects your Top Mafia has on these percentages, refer to Doin’ the Job.

Job Mastery is important as for every level of Job Mastery, you are awarded an additional skill point. When all jobs within a given category, like Street Thug, are mastered at level 3, a special item with a bonus is awarded. You can not start leveling the next level of a job within a category until all jobs within that category have been mastered to the same level. So Job Mastery 2 for the Street Thug jobs won’t be available until you have mastered all the jobs to Mastery level 1. Finally, for every fully mastered job tier, a title is awarded based on the category. This allows you to show other mafia families how far you have advanced. For the first tier, these are Street Thug, Skilled Street Thug, and Master Street Thug. Currently, Master Boss is the highest known title.

Special Loot items and the collections are discussed in more detail in Doin’ the Job and you will also find a breakdown of what items need to be bought and found in order to do each job. If next to a job there is a red box frame around an item, it means you need to acquire that item in order to do the job. Early on, you just need to have it, but some later jobs will actually use up the item necessary to perform the job.

Early on, your best focus is to get the extra skill points from mastering jobs as quickly as possible and try to maximize the amount of spill over XP you have every time you are about to level. Collections and Loot can be focused on later. If your mafia is in solid combat shape, don’t miss out on the opportunity to further speed your leveling by fighting with other families.

mafia wars imagesMafia Wars, Getting Started

A brief introduction

Welcome to the gang ridden Facebook world of Mafia Wars. If you are already playing the game and just looking for the fastest way to level and grow your mafia just check out my mafia wars special offer and get my mafia wars notes. If you need specific tips, browse the list of articles in the this site to find the information you are looking for.

For the rest of you, you probably have gotten a request to play from one of your friends, followed by e-mails, phone calls, text messages, and a horse head in your bed till you finally agreed to play. Here you should find all the basics you need to get started and get your own personal Family going.

The game is broken into a few key objectives. There is a level based system that rewards you and your friends for your continued growth in levels. There is an economic engine that rewards you for making smart choices and converting as much of your earned income into passive income as possible. There is also a social networking aspect that rewards you for having more and more friends playing with you, whether it is from signing up the friends you already have or making new friends who are already playing. The game is fun, addictive, and best of all can be played well with a minimum daily investment of time.

Your first time in

When you log in for the very first time, there will be a little spiel to get you excited, a picture of your first property – Uncle Louie’s Deli – and a bar with your initial stats. These stats are what you will spend most of your time tracking.

Cash

Every hour your properties will pay out and any items you have with maintenance costs will deduct from your earnings. On the Properties tab which you will see later you can always see how much you are making and how much it is costing you. See the Property Moguls section of the guide for a better breakdown on earned vs. passive income and how to maximize this. It is also worth noting you have a bank account that you can store money in, but any money in the bank will not be reflected here.

Health

This is a fairly meaningless stat and it is the only naturally replenishing stat that the game will not show you a timer on. It is critical in boss fights which are outlined in great detail in the Doin’ the Job section. Other than that, it just sets the amount of times you get attacked when a hit is put out on you and how many fights you can engage in before healing.

Energy

Energy is the principal source of your earned income and a large chunk of your XP. It will come back 1 point every 5 minutes. Doin’ the Job will give you a thorough breakdown on leveraging your energy as well as discussing the speed leveling technique utilizing energy. Jobs and items will be your initial focus once you get in to the game.

Stamina

This also regenerates at one point every 5 minutes. Stamina is used to try to attack other players, rob other players, cash in on a hit on another player, sucker punching, and placing hits on other players. Fightin’ and Robbin’ will get in to all the specifics of how you can leverage your stamina, win more fights, get robbed less often and all those great details. Outside of jobs, this is the only other way to generate XP.

Do Something About It!

The game will walk you through a simple series of examples of what the game contains once you are completely free to make your own choices. The first job is exactly what most will be about… You spend X energy for Y experience, some amount of money, and with some jobs, a small chance at special loot. Enjoy this first one as you will never get 2 or more experience per energy later in the game. And congratulations! You got a loot item and a dummy NPC to invite in to your mob to get to size 1! We will talk more about Mafia size later and the Fightin’ and Robbin’ section has a lot more to say. Next you will make your first attack and then buy your first property and the first real decision comes in to play.
